Authorized federally from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Administration for Children and Families (ACF), and administered through the Arizona Department of Economic Security (DES), the Child Care and Development Fund (CCDF) provides services that improve and increase the quality and availability of early childhood education/childcare before-and-after school care services. The annual budget for CCDF is $245,000.
