Child Well-being Grants

GOYFF distributes funding to organizations that provide support to parents, foster parents, and foster children through the following grant opportunities:

Since 1999, child abuse prevention specialty license plates have been available for purchase by the public to provide financial assistance to support child abuse and neglect prevention programs and child and family advocacy centers in Arizona.

The Children's Justice Act (CJA) provides grants to States to improve the investigation, prosecution and judicial handling of cases of child abuse and neglect, particularly child sexual abuse and exploitation, in a manner that limits additional trauma to the child victim.

Pregnancy Assistance Fund

GOYFF facilitates the Interagency Pregnancy and Parenting Assistance Council (IPPAC), which oversees services for 5,710 expectant or parenting individuals 12 to 24 years of age who are currently or formerly involved with the foster care or juvenile justice system and are residents of Maricopa County.
