The Governor's Office of Youth, Faith and Family (GOYFF) is committed to serving Arizona's most vulnerable children, families and communities. Through a trauma-informed lens, we develop and implement numerous grant funding opportunities, training, outreach, and prevention efforts that strive to strengthen our communities, support our parents - including biological, foster and adoptive parents - and ultimately improve child well-being across our state.
To support these efforts, GOYFF has partnered with PAXIS Institute to expand PAX Tools and PAX Good Behavior Game (GBG) across Arizona through PAX Tools Recipes and PAX Tools Community Educators trainings. Certified PAX Tools Community Educators are able to deliver PAX Tools Community Workshops to the families they serve using these free trauma-informed evidence based strategies that prove to reduce conflict and improve parent-child relationships.
